Registration/Admission Procedure
Prior to enrollment, each family completes an application form for their child and is given a tour of the school. In order to secure class placement, a non-refundable, non-transferrable registration fee is required ($215 for Tuesday-Thursday and Monday-Wednesday-Friday students or $265 for Monday through Friday students). On or before the first day of school the family must provide the following health records for their child: Florida Department of Health School Entry Health Exam form (DH3040) and Florida Certification of Immunization (DH680).

Spring Registration Procedure for currently enrolled students

ALL applications will be accepted in the following order:
1. Church members attending classes this year (in the order in which their applications are received.)
2. Children attending five days per week this year will enroll (in the order in which their applications are received.)
3. Beginning February 9th at 8:45 a.m. present students who are not church members or attending five days per week will have the opportunity to enroll for fall classes. PLEASE NOTE: these applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning February 9th at 8:45 a.m., no matter what class your child is in this year.
4. After all present students have enrolled, church members and then siblings whose applications are on file will be placed. Siblings of concurrently enrolled children are accepted first so that class schedules coincide within the same family.
5. Beginning February 11, classes will be filled from children presently on our waiting list.
6. If you have not already submitted an application for younger siblings, you may do so at this time.

**Final Determination of all classes will be made by the preschool staff in order to ensure a balance of boys and girls and provide the best environment for each child’s development.

In July, each family will receive a packet regarding the upcoming school year and our Back-to-School Orientation for enrolled students which is held prior to the first day of school.
