The Health and Wholeness Committee and Parish Nurses report to the Board of Deacons.

A Parish Nurse is a professional Registered Nurse with additional training in holistic ministry.

The Health and Wholeness Ministry Team’s mission is to provide the church and community with education that focuses on health promotion and wellness as well as spiritual care and support in time of illness and grief.

See monthly Health and Wholeness articles in Cross Connection.

" My call to nursing came while I was taking a medical assistant program in high school. I have been an ICU nurse since 1988 and love it!  I am currently employed by Lakewood Ranch Medical Center.  I enjoy helping others find their way through the health system.  Feel free to call (320-3828) or e-mail me (4tracks@comcast.net) if I can be of assistance to you or a loved one."
