First Presbyterian Preschool’s Small Beginnings

October - December 2011

Like most things, people start small. Babies depend on the adults in their lives to care for them in every way. Parents today are bombarded with information about how to best care for their babies.

First Presbyterian Preschool is now offering classes to help parents sort through these ideas and theories with a parent educator and other parents to make the job a little easier. Your child might not be ready for preschool, but she may be ready for paint, play-dough and fun with children his own age.

Small Beginnings is a wonderful introduction to a pre-school atmosphere with the comfort of mommy, daddy or caretaker present. The program will enhance early learning, strengthen the parent/child bond, discuss developmental behaviors and expand parents’ support network. The class will be led by a warm, friendly experienced parent/child educator.

We hope parents in these classes will develop friendships with other parents, while their children have fun with the other children of their own age. Come learn and grow with your child.

Limit: 8 families per class per session.

Tuition is due prior to the first day of class.

Movers and Shakers (18-36 months):

Wednesday mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

October 26-December 14 (no class 11/2 & 11/23)

6 week session = $66*

Thursdays mornings from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.

October 27-December 15 (no class 11/3 & 11/24)

6 week session = $66*

Wobblers (10-18 months):

Friday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

October 28-December 16 (no class 11/4 & 11/25)

6 week session = $45*

*Tuition is the same regardless of absences and vacations.
